Stéphane Nicolas, a Franco-Canadian professional, is an experienced Human Resources Director and consultant specializing in guiding individuals and organizations through professional development. His extensive background includes significant roles within multinational corporations and smaller, family-owned businesses such as VINCI, TF1/EUROSPORT, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SCUBAPRO, NICOX SA, and PUR PROJET. Stéphane has held both national and global positions, with responsibilities spanning Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Asia. Having served on executive leadership teams and as a key advisor to boards of directors, Stéphane has been directly involved in steering the evolution of organizations. He has initiated and led numerous projects, including organizational transformations, mergers and acquisitions, change management, supporting high-growth startups, negotiating with employee representatives, and implementing HR programs. His recent tenure as "Chief People Officer" at Pur Projet highlights his commitment to values-driven work. At this socially and environmentally impactful company, Stéphane leveraged his HR expertise and integrated coaching principles into management and leadership practices to foster positive change. He also actively participated in the B Corp movement, believing in a better way of doing business. As a certified B Leader since October 2020, Stéphane now guides companies in positively transforming their social, societal, and environmental models. In 2017, Stéphane founded his company, Let My People Work (http://www.lmpw.fr/). He obtained his coaching certification in 2013 from Transformance Pro and further enhanced his skills with the Element Human training in 2017. In 2018, he acquired expertise in DynaStrat and TeamStrat personality tools from Stratelio, equipping him with powerful methodologies for individual and team coaching. Stéphane joined the ICF in 2016, actively participating in events, designing and facilitating leadership workshops, and was elected President of the Côte d'Azur chapter for a two-year term starting in 2020.
