Sylvie FILIPSKI

ICF PCC Certified Coach

Location: Occitanie

Sylvie FILIPSKI encourages individuals to authentically embody their professional selves, questioning whether they fully inhabit their roles and connect with their core identity. She draws an analogy to a musician tuning their instrument, highlighting the importance of finding flow, pleasure, and self-connection while also mastering technique and knowing when to let go. As a maieutician, polyglot, and musician with a passion for diversity, Sylvie is attuned to what resonates. She describes her role as a guide, walking alongside clients on their path to facilitate self-discovery. Sylvie offers a reflective and creative journey, likened to a treasure hunt, aimed at nurturing professional identity, reconnecting with one's inner drive, and achieving authentic self-expression. By employing metaphors, reflections, and diverse perspectives, she invites clients to integrate inner and outer experiences. In her coaching practice, which she pioneered and has been facilitating in natural settings since 2012, Sylvie employs a systemic approach. She offers powerful experiences, either in person or remotely, in collaboration with the client's environment. She is also available for sessions in preferred locations or during specific events. For ICF coaches pursuing mentoring, Sylvie shares her passion for coaching excellence, focusing on the 8 core competencies. Whether in group settings or one-on-one, her guidance supports coaches in achieving certification or refining their professional presence. She helps them strengthen their foundational skills and systemic coherence to embody their authentic style. Her experience as an international assessor and former Coordinator of the ICF France Certification Committee (2020-2023) further informs her approach. Sylvie also provides individual or group supervision, designed to help coaches pause, cultivate their professional identity, and make adjustments in their practice, offering sessions both online and outdoors. She leads experiential workshops, delivered virtually or in-person, to enhance and develop effective coaching skills. Holding degrees in languages and international relations, and currently pursuing a degree in Occitan, Sylvie is fluent in French, English, German, Italian, and Occitan, enabling her to understand and connect with clients through various linguistic lenses. As an active member of multiple ICF chapters, she actively contributes to international projects, fostering connections and promoting the field of coaching. She looks forward to accompanying you on your journey.
