Sylvie-Nuria NOGUER, an engineer from Arts et Métiers, possesses a deep-seated curiosity for understanding the inner workings of systems and organizations, coupled with a profound passion for people. This dual interest led her to specialize in the psychosociology of organizations. Her extensive academic background includes a DESS in Business Administration (IAE), a DESS in Environmental Engineering and Management (Mines ParisTech), a University Diploma in Mediation, and a Professional and Personal Coaching Certificate from Concordia University in Montreal. She has also completed numerous additional training programs in facilitation and support. For over five years, Sylvie-Nuria shared her expertise, teaching Sustainable Development Strategy and CSR within the MBA programs at McGill University and HEC Montreal.
