V. BION is an Executive Coach and the Founder of Impulsing, an executive coaching practice. Her expertise lies in guiding both individuals and teams, particularly senior executives and team leaders, through significant and complex change initiatives. A graduate of HEC (1994), Véronique further honed her coaching skills through HEC certifications in individual and team coaching. Prior to her coaching career, she spent 20 years in senior management roles at Colgate-Palmolive. This extensive corporate background provides her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, which she leverages to support executives and their teams in their development journeys. Véronique's coaching engagements focus on key areas such as defining and implementing transformation projects, cultivating personal leadership, enhancing management capabilities, improving interpersonal impact and communication, and public speaking. She offers her services through individual coaching, team coaching, and training programs. Additionally, Véronique is an instructor for Management training at HEC. She also dedicates her time to supporting women re-entering the workforce through her volunteer work with the Force Femmes association. Véronique holds ICF (International Coach Federation) certification and is trained in emotional intelligence, Processcom®, and Insights methodologies. Her recognized strengths as a trainer and coach in management and communication are validated by the ICPF&PSI (CNEFOP standard).
