Virginie Tesson, a mother of six, previously dedicated eight years to practicing medicine. Her life's purpose shifted dramatically upon reading Jean Monbourquette's "A Chacun sa mission," a book that inspired her to focus on "healing hearts and souls, and reigniting enthusiasm," or as she puts it, "helping individuals recognize their inner worth and discover the beauty within themselves and in others." This realization brought her profound inner strength, peace, and a sense of wholeness. Through her work and personal growth, Virginie has seen firsthand how the quality of our relationships—both with ourselves and with others—drives constructive action and profoundly influences every aspect of our lives and endeavors. Consequently, her area of specialization is now "the art of constructive relating," applicable across all life domains: professional, personal, familial, marital, and societal. As the first French individual certified by ESTIMAME (an international association focused on self-esteem and the Self), she has been facilitating adult personal development workshops since 2005. These workshops explore topics such as self-esteem, soul care, forgiveness, and discovering one's life mission. Her coaching approach is characterized by being both challenging and compassionate.
