Terms of Use – CoachCompass for ChatGPT and Claude

1. The service

The CoachCompass app lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude search the public CoachCompass directory of coaches, read coach profiles and availability, and find articles about coaching. It is free, read-only and requires no account.

2. Information, not advice

Coach profiles are written by the coaches themselves. CoachCompass does not guarantee that profile content, prices or availability are complete, accurate or current — please confirm details with the coach on coachcompass.co before booking. Answers in your AI assistant are generated by that assistant, not by CoachCompass, and may contain mistakes.

Coaching is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. CoachCompass is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number.

3. Bookings and payments

The app does not make bookings or take payments. Any booking happens on coachcompass.co or on the coach's own booking page, under the terms shown there. Agreements for coaching are between you and the coach.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to scrape or bulk-copy the directory, to collect data about coaches for unsolicited marketing, to overload the service, or for any unlawful purpose. We apply rate limits and may block abusive traffic.

5. Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, CoachCompass is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app.
